Fill a PDF using values from an Excel template by mapping field names to field IDs via a mapping file, starting at a specified value column.

Inputs

PDF Template

Select the PDF to be filled

Excel Template

First sheet is used; first 2 rows are ignored

Excel Mapping File

First sheet is used; maps field names to field IDs

Field Name Column

Excel column letter containing field names (e.g. C)

Starting Value Column

Start at this column, then continue right until a blank header

Mapping Field Name Column

Mapping file column containing field names

Mapping Field ID Column

Mapping file column containing field IDs
